THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives the report of the Planner titled “Application for Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA 08/24 – 27685 Marsh Line, Municipality of Dutton Dunwich, James Murray”, dated January 15, 2025, for information; and THAT Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich approves Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA 08/24, for property located at 27685 Marsh Line, from Agricultural (A1) Zone to site specific exemption Special Agricultural (A2-24) Zone and Special Rural Residential (RS) Zone, in accordance with the site-specific by-law 2025-02. WHEREAS the request for delegation from Sandy Acchione was received after the "12:00 noon on the Thursday of the week prior to the scheduled day of the Meeting" deadline; and WHEREAS Section 9.1.3. of Procedural By-law 2023-58 states that "Council may, at their sole discretion, entertain delegations with less notice as the circumstance may warrant with a two-thirds (2/3) majority". NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich allows Sandy Acchione to hold a delegation at tonight's January 15, 2025 meeting regarding Development Charges. Motion:
