Hayter Contracting Ltd. the contract for the construction of the Beatty Drain in the amount of $ 52,885.00 plus HST contingent on the final passing of the provisional by-law 2025-32 at the August 13, 2025, Council meeting if there are no appeals; and FURTHER THAT Council instructs the Mayor and Clerk to sign the contract and forward a copy to the contractor once the By-law is passed.
