THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich appoints Spriet Associates to prepare the necessary report for the Section 78 petition for the Keillor Drain filed by John Oosterveld; and THAT notice of Council's decision to appoint the Engineer be sent to the requester, LTVCA, OMAFRA and Spriet AssociatesLtd. Motion:

THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives and decides to proceed with the Leitch-McCann Drain improvement request under Section 78 of the Drainage Act received from Randi McLeod and instructs the Clerk to notify LTVCA as required under S.78(2) of the Drainage Act for the drainage improvements; and THAT the requesting landowner be notified of Council's decision to proceed; and THAT Council appoints Spriet Associates Ltd. to prepare the necessary reports for the Section 78 request for the Leitch-McCann Drain; and THAT notices of Council's decision to appoint the engineer be sent to the requester, LTVCA, OMAFRA and Spriet Associates Ltd. THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives the report of the Drainage Superintendent titled "D.K. Andrews Drain 2022 - West Elgin", dated January 25, 2023 for information; and THAT Council appoints Deputy Mayor Loveland and Councillor Pemberton as representative and alternate to the Court of Revision for the D.K. Andrews Drain at a time and date to be determined by the Council of the Municipality of West Elgin. Motion:

THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives the report of the Planner titled "Dutton Dunwich Cultural Heritage Committee - Member Un-Appointment, Christopher Prost", dated January 25, 2023 for information; and THAT Council un-appoints Christopher Prost as a member of the Cultural Heritage Committee. THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich accepts the notice of termination of the shared services agreement from the Municipality of West Elgin; and THAT Council agrees to waive the notice period. Motion:

THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich appoints Councillor Drouillard to the Terrace Lodge Redevelopment Fundraising Committee for a period of 4 years. Motion:

THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich approves the request for an in-kind donation to the Dutton Dunwich School Council and The Home School Association for their Annual Spring Fling for their rental of the Community Centre in the amount of $810.00 + hst. Motion:

THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives the report of the Acting Clerk titled "Delegation of Authority for Administration Matters By-law", dated January 25, 2023 for information; and THAT Council directs staff to bring a final version of the Delegation of Authority for Administration Matters By-law to the next Council meeting. THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives the report of the Acting CAO/Treasurer titled "Q4 - Unaudited Operational Budget to Actual", dated January 25, 2023 for information. Motion:

THAT the Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives the report from the Deputy Mayor titledd "Arena Board Annual Report and 2023 Proposed Budget", dated January 25, 2023 for information; and THAT Council approves the proposed 2023 operating and capital budget requiring a contribution from the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich of $99,804.88.
