THAT the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives the report of the Planning Consultant titled "Application for Minor Variance, 32774 Erin Line, Dutton Dunwich" dated October 8, 2025 for information; AND THAT the Committee grants relief from Section 4.53(9) of Zoning By-law 2022-50, to permit an additional residential unit with a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 86.6% of the primary dwelling unit GFA, where typically this is limited to 60%.
