THAT Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich receives the report of the Planner titled “Request to Add 29593 Talbot Line (South Dunwich Hall) to the Heritage Register”, dated February 28, 2024, for information; THAT Council of the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich proceeds to add 29593 Talbot Line to the Heritage Register under the provisions of Section 27 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and THAT Council no longer pursues the designation of 29593 Talbot Line as property to be of cultural heritage value or interest under the provisions of Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
